Seminar in Ukraine
At the end of September, our colleague Peter van Dooren was invited by AVA GROUP and Alta Genetics to take part in a large-scale seminar in the picturesque village of Boekovel, Ukraine.
The event brought together Ukrainian dairy professionals to discuss key topics such as nutrition, reproduction, and genetic improvement. Participants also explored current KPI results, new trends in genetics, and the use of digital technologies to support disease prevention and reproductive performance.
Peter shared practical insights from the Dutch dairy sector, showing how innovation and management can go hand in hand to improve efficiency and herd results. His presentation was very well received and sparked lively discussions among the participants.
